Expose Flush Pipe Urinal

1. Insert Guide Pipe and tighten onto L-Bolt at bottom of BCS Base Unit.
2. Choose location of connection on flush pipe. Determine which side of the flush pipe to drill.
3. Drill a hole in the flush pipe at the mark with a 5/16" drill bit size (6.5mm Dia). WARNING: DRILL HOLE THROUGH ONE SIDE OF THE PIPE ONLY.
4. Insert BCS Flush Pipe Rubber into flush pipe hole.
5. Peel off the double-sided tape on BCS Base Unit and install the BCS with guide pipe inserting through the hole on a parallel position then press base unit to stick onto the wall.
6. For screw mounting, position the BCS Base Unit on the wall and mark the location through the screw mount hole of the BCS Base Unit for location to be drilled.
7. Drill hole and mount the BCS dispenser on the wall with screws and plastic Washer Plugs provided in the installation kit.
8. Tighten the L-Bolt tightening nuts to secures the installation and flush to check for any leakage.
9. Place BioClean Fluid refill with single hole plastic Insert, rubber Insert and tighten with bottle Lock Cap in upside down position on the BCS Base Unit.
10. Close the BCS Cover and flush.

 Water Cistern Toilet Bowl

1. Insert L-Shape connector and tighten onto L-Bolt at bottom of BCS Base Unit. Ensure tightness to be leak proof.
2. Position the BCS dispenser at the centre above or side of the Water Cistern Toilet Bowl tank, peel off the double-sided tape on BCS Base Unit and stick onto wall firmly.
3. For screw mounting, position the BCS Base Unit on the wall and mark the location through the screw mount hole of the BCS Base Unit for location to be drilled.
4. Drill hole and mount the BCS dispenser on the wall with screws and plastic Washer Plugs provided in the installation kit.
5. Cut 3/16" Plastic Hose to the length required (from the BCS L-shape connector to the bottom of the tank).
6. Connect 3/16" Plastic Hose securely to L-shape connector and simply dip the plastic hose right down into the water inside the tank. (The plastic hose should be 1/2" above the full flush water mark).
7. Place BioClean Fluid refill with single hole Plastic Insert, Rubber Insert and tighten with bottle Lock Cap in upside down position on the BCS Base Unit.
8. Close the BCS Cover and flush.

  INSTRUCTIONS FOR SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE:

1. Always flush to check whether system is functioning properly before opening BCS Cover.

2. If fluid is used up too quickly, top up fluid, REMOVE and DO NOT USE the Rubber Insert to reduce dosage. (When necessary, lowering or tightening the Threaded Tube inside L-bolt with screw driver to turn in clockwise direction for further adjustment to reduce dosage or vice versa to increase the dosage)
3. Clean inside the BCS Base Unit, place back BioClean Fluid bottle and close BCS Cover.
4. Wipe clean the BCS Cover and stainless steel Guide Pipe with dry cloth. Apply and wipe off metal polish to make pipe shiny.
