INSTALLATION FOR URINALS / WATER CISTERN TOILET BOWL WITH RECESS, SENSOR OR CONCEALED PIPE SYSTEM

The flush pipe hidden inside the wall is vertically at the centre of the Urinal / Water Cistern Toilet Bowl. As for recess pipe system, the toilet has a plumbing compartment directly behind the Urinal / Water Cistern Toilet Bowl with detachable cover or a separate room behind the toilet.

For Recess Pipe System:

Drill a hole using an extended drill bit with at least 6" length as the brick wall is normally 4 1/2" depth.

Start drilling the wall with a smaller size masonry drill bit (6mm Dia.), then drill with a larger 1/2" diameter drill bit to enlarge the hole.

Before drilling the wall, check behind the plumbing compartment and mark the flush pipe below the flush valve then drill a hole in the flush pipe with 5/16" drill bit (6.5mm Dia) and insert BCS Flush Pipe Rubber into hole.

To make hole through the wall, the height of the hole to drill should be parallel or higher then the flush pipe hole.

Cut 3/16" plastic hose to the length required for connecting the Guide Pipe and the BCS Pipe Connector. Then sealed up the hole on wall surface with cement.

For Concealed Pipe / Sensor Flushing System : 

Remove sensor cover to locate the position of the flush pipe inside before drilling a hole with 6mm.Dia masonry drill bit onto wall toward the flush pipe, then drill with a larger 1/2" diameter drill bit to enlarge the hole before drill a hole in the flush pipe with a 5/16" drill bit size (6.5mm Dia).

Use white plumbing tape to wrap around at the end of stainless steel guide pipe, and apply Araldite Glue onto the tape and push into the hole of concealed flush pipe.

In cases where BCS dispenser with stainless steel guide pipe is unable to be install straight directly in front of the Urinal / Water Cistern Toilet Bowl into the flush pipe, then it may require to cut the stainless steel guide pipe into 2 parts or bending the guide pipe and connecting both end with 3/8" plastic hose inside the wall before sealing up the hole on the wall surface with cement.
